Your booking is confirmed immediately, with a confirmation email and calendar invite containing the video call link. Prefer a phone call? Note it in the booking and we will phone you at the scheduled time.
A reminder is sent before your scheduled time. If you can no longer attend, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.
On the call, you will get a straight answer: whether we can help, which session option may suit, or who to speak to instead.
